I bought my travel insurance through confused but was unable to claim my free esim despite updating my phone to enable the use of an esim and my daughter emailing ti ask how I could go about claiming the esim on a new/changed phone.
Evidently my original phone wasn’t able to have an esim.
So the fact I didn’t get the esim was my first disappointment but then the fact no one replied to to email made me question confused as a business
