Initially very good, but when I wanted to change my vehicle the process became very laborious. Trying to contact you through the portal and was given a sales team phone number that would not connect (01302 565521). In the end cancelled the policy and went elsewhere.
Though I must say that your chat personnel seemed to try their best.
