We had booked Mark Crossley last year but he had to withdraw due to commitments with Notts County. When we approached you again, Mark was offered. We were apprehensive but we were assured that there would be no issues this time, despite him having a play off game the next day. Your assurances were proven right. Mark turned up punctually, was very pleasant with people approaching him and his speech went down a treat! An excellent speaker - would recommend. Many thanks for all your assistance
