Very disappointed to find that the marble top of the double vanity I ordered arrived broken in half - my contractor did not open the box for over a month, so it was too late to claim the damage. We ordered a replacement, and that arrived broken as well! over $2000 of lost expense, not including the time lost in completing the renovation.
