Impressive service. I sent an initial email enquiry and promptly received a callback after discussing my coffee machine needs I ordered a Gaggia Cadorna Barista Plus. Unfortunately, the machine arrived without the power lead, but this arrived by express post the day after I reported it missing. Since then I've moved house and the machine wasn't sounding quite right. Again, I was called back, even though it was a Saturday and the issue was quickly resolved and a simple fix (the water filter had dried out).
