I placed my order for the Hydrology 9 and received my package within 2 days on the free shipping option alone! This was a good start. The packaging was prestine and professional. So far so good. Included is a clear and concise user manual as well as the best cleaning kit I've ever received. After approx. 2 hours of charging I buckled my seat belt. The oven holds a reccomended dose of .35 grams and heats very evenly. It was the smoothest vapor I've ever experienced. I want to rush to the rooftops to declare my love for this, this piece of the future! But what really made this the greatest E-Piece I've owned, was the customer service. I called to report a problem that likely occurred during shipping, and the issue was resolved within a matter of minutes. This is worth every cent and more.
