I bought 1 game from CJS and when I tried to get the code it failed. I waited 3 days to get a reply from staff support and I was refunded in store credit. I asked for it to be refunded to my bank (paying the £1 to allow myself to do that) and I haven't gotten a reply. Because of this I bought another game and the same error occurred. I asked for assistance from staff and I haven't been given a reply in 24 hours. I was told the maximum wait time was 12 Hours for a reply.
