Tried to buy a key the first time and got blocked for no reason. When I tried a second time I received the key with ease, however, what they advertise is different from what is listed on the product page in that the 'retail keys' cannot be tied to a Microsoft Account as suggested. Either way I received the key and the product is activated. I'm not sure what to do if I reinstall Windows now because this key likely won't work. Buyer beware.
