So, first of all, I tried to buy something from their site, I paid for the product and their site gave me an error so I didn't get anything after I paid. I made a ticket on 23 December last year and untill 14 Jan. they replied to me that they can't help me at all because on their site didn't appear that I made any order.
On 14 Jan. Skrill contacted them after I made a support ticket there too. They refunded my stuff after that but JUST because Skrill took action. If it wasn't for Skrill, there's a 99% chance that I wouldn't get a refund.
