It was very difficult figuring out how to get my purchased software. I days on ZipRAR which I guess now is just a program attached to seel. It never installed. Now after installing and activating via phone, MS Word, and one other worked but the main one (Outlook) doesn't. Error Message: "The code execution cannot proceed because AppVisvSubsystems64.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem."
