The windows 10 were excellent but office is a nightmare
office 365 >>>>only had 2 out of 5 pc purchase then blocked
office 16 has to be verified over phone (which was not pointed out until payment taken) for me this is useless as I am deaf. if this had been advertised I would never have wasted my money buying the key and digital download. Because of lockdown I cant ask anyone to phone for me.
