I absolutely love my ring and it fits me perfectly.
My feedback is that I wasn't informed of the delays due to issues with your gold supplier and the long easter weekend meaning the offices were shut.
Having to chase up where my ring and ashes were did cause me some anxiety, however you did respond to my emails promptly and reassured me all was OK.
Other than that I am really happy with my ring.
