Massive regret purchasing this product. Firstly, fitting instructions are shockingly bad. A couple of videos on their website provided some help, but the instruction sheet that comes with the product is all but useless. The produt itself looks well made but in my case was too large for the window and did not sit flush inside the window recess. After raising this with customer services they insisted the product was correct and that i would need to keep adjusting it until i got the correct fit. The only problem with this is that the clips they provide, not only do they not appear to fit particularly well, are also made of metal. Therefore, attempting to manipulate a product with three sharp metal clips attached to it, that is clearly too big for the space intended, has inevitably resulted in several scratches to the surrounding window trim. I am currently in the process of arranging a return for refund. The whole experience has proven to be a damaging and costly mistake which i hugely regret. Much of this could be avoided if the company put a bit more care into demonstrating to their customers how the product should be fitted and what it should look like once complete, especially as there is the potential to damage your vehicle if the product is marginally too large/
