My experience with Carpet Bright UK was fantastic from scheduling the appointment to paying after the service was completed. A two person team arrived at my apartment. At different points in the cleaning process, the lead staff member alerted me to any abnormalities on the sofa (20 year old sofa). They were both professional and personable. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I will definitely hire them in the future.
