The gas heater we received had a damaged part. We didn’t open the box until 2 weeks after it arrived as we were working and didn’t have time to put it together. We discovered the broken part and rang Calor and they told us it’s our problem because we didn’t open the box within 24 hours so now we have to pay €80 on top of the €400 we already spent to get a replacement part that was broken when it arrived. I will never be shopping with calor gas and I would not recommend them to anyone that asks. I think the customer service is a disgrace. The box was just left at the front door by DPD and they drove off before knowing if anyone was home to take it in. The whole service is a shambles and the customer just doesn’t matter to them.
