Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience this time round. I placed a order before the bank holiday weekend and thought I would do next day. Now knowing it was a bank holiday I expected it to be delivered Wednesday. However once I noticed I didn’t have a email to say it had been shipped I called to be told yep your get it Wednesday I followed it up with a email at 17:00 on the Tuesday to be told yep it has been shipped and will be delivered on Wednesday I made sure someone was home to take delivery. Wednesday morning still no tracking so I emailed and asked for tracking details no response. Later that day at 14:00 I get a email saying your order has been shipped and will be delivered on Thursday. So I basically wasted my time calling wasted my time emailing and wasted money paying for next day delivery. I haven’t had a problem in the past but unfortunately this time the customer service went out the window.
