I recently ordered my second Tripp Trapp from ByggeBo.
I ordered the first one in April for my own daughter and received the wrong colour chair.
I decided to give ByggeBo a second go and ordered a second Tripp Trapp as a gift for my nephew. My order was placed on 28th of September and wasn't fully filled until the 9th of November.
Both times I found the customer service to be a bit lacking - with my most recent order I was assured on a number of occasions that the remaining items in my order would ship within a few days only for them not to show up, with no follow up from ByggeBo until the next contact promising delivery would be made.
