I found getting a refund (I inadvertently bought the same gift twice) quite hard work; after two emails I apparently had to telephone. After two attempts and a 15minute wait I got through to "REFUNDS"who were very helpful . There is no choice on the telephone for refunds, you hav to work your way through, This seems in contrast to the very visible "60 day REFUND" strap line.
