Tried logging into my account to view my e-voucher, to find they don't recognise the email linking to any account (bearing I mind its the same email they've been contacting me on).
Also, they asked for confirmation of my address, which I did. I was told in the same email that they would inform me when the payment etc had been accepted. Haven't received it at all, to which I'm now unable to gift the voucher. Disappointed, would not use again unfortunately.
