I bought a gift voucher on the Tuesday (paid extra for a gift box as I didn’t want to give just a piece of paper the my daughter) & £7.50 extra for fast postage as I was leaving the country on the Saturday & needed it to take with me. When I left on Saturday it has STILL not arrived 4 days after ordering. Even if it had been sent first class it should have arrived by Thursday at the latest.
Tried to call customer service 3 times but was in the phone so long waiting each time I had to hang up.
