This is one of the worst websites I've ever ordered from. They are huge liars. You can't even cancel your order under any circumstances.
Because I needed to change my station due to some personal issues, I told them to cancel this order and placed another one. However, they simply refused, stating that this is not our company policy.
Customer service representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional. They had no idea how to interact with the customers.
Please do not use this website for anything.
