Very happy with Brit-Books. The book I ordered was delivered late and I got a refund. Then my book was delivered. I contacted Brit-Books to let them know that my book had been delivered and that they had to cancel the refund. However, the next morning, I got a very kind email from Brit-Books letting me know that I could keep the book and the refund ! Great communication with Brit-Book and very professional and kind customer service. Many thanks Brit-Books!
