This service is quite expensive. It felt like I hardly had any real, human communication regarding my mental health, just automated check-ins with vague questions/answer options. These check-ins are very frustrating to fill out-for the first month or two of my treatment, my symptoms were only getting worse and my depression was the worst it has ever been, while the depression tracker showed that my depression was getting better. Like I literally told you that my symptoms are getting worse, why and how are you determining that I'm getting better and that my treatment is working? Thankfully, my doctor listened to my concerns after messaging her directly and I was able to switch medicines. It just seems like a very impersonal, automated system that doesn't work for everyone.
