After requesting a quote, I received it within 30 min and was able to make an appointment immediately! Michael, the technician showed up less than 24 hours later to assess my brake issues and explained all of my options and needs for my car so that I (someone with little knowledge of anything car related) could understand and choose what was right for my car.
