This is by far the best auto experience I’ve had! Tim, the service technician, was so patient and listened to all of my concerns with my brakes. He asked questions, tested my car, and inspected it thoroughly. After taking the time to explain to me what issue I had, he replaced my brake pads swiftly and made sure to test them afterwards.
