First time buyer. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and how well the parts were packed. The courier threw it over my back gate despite the fragile tape all over it but it was packed sufficiently that there was no damage. My only feedback would be the instructions are poor, I had to spend some time trying to figure it out. Now I've done it once future ones will be easy but as it was the first time I'd put one together it was fiddly. I'd buy again though, and recommend to any collector of Lego!
