5 stars for service, i can't fault the service of boxxco, the first delivery was seriously damaged, spoke to them and they ended up replacing, 50% of the product, teh replacements came quickly and were as described and packed really well. As for the product, I ordered two products, bara dur amd lego hogwarts castle, inital shipping took a while but I was kept informed. The castle isn't as robust as the bara dur, I think this is because of the single central securing point for the very large front sheets, but apart from that minor quibble great product and awesome customer service
