PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY.
I wish I had read the reviews before using this company.
I place and order for condolence to a family when I paced the order I was told by customer support I will get a picture of when the order was completed. I ordered white flowers, extended bunch, a glass vase and a card with a white flower. Before the order was completed I double check with the sales person please make sure my order is what the receiver is going to receive. Customer support guaranteed me it will be what I ordered. Once the order went through I received 6 emails. Within 15 I received another email my order was changed.
I called right away not understanding the customer support person I had to say to her "please slow down" she was speaking so fast I didn't and asked her why my order was changed she said "while the order was being place they ran of of white flowers or the original order I placed. I honestly think this was a lie they just wanted my business.
I asked the person the flowers was sent too please send me a picture of what they got. My order was whited flowers they sent a bunch of summer color flowers half of the flowers was dead.
I then sent in a complain and within 24hours I received an email saying I got a credit of $59.99 in store. I replied back asking what in house store I can used in the location I am from also why not refund my $116.00. Its been two days and I haven't heard from the company.
I wish to receive my money back or what ever store credit you wish to return
Issues downloading the flowers, but will to send via email .
