I ordered flowers for my mom in BC for Mother’s Day. They were to be delivered the Friday before. I logged into my bloomex account on Saturday and the status showed delivered. I waited till Sunday(Mother’s Day) to call my mom and found out she never received them. Apparently the unit number was left out of the delivery information. I 100% know that I entered it. I never checked the tracking because the bloomex account showed delivered. Of course someone changed that today after I called to inquire and was told there’s nothing they can do. I checked with the courier company and the earliest they could redeliver is next Wednesday. The flowers will be dead by then if they’re not already. I provided both my and my mothers phone numbers. Why did no one call when there was a problem with delivery? Don’t recommend Bloomex and will not ever use them again.
