Ordered the product in early September product never actually arrived.Contacted stuff multiple time for an updated delivery date and was told someone would be in touch (heard nothing). After a month and a half of waiting I asked for a full refund. Was told by Tom.
"No problem, I have passed this over to my colleague to process the refund for you asap. You will receive an automated notification once initiated". Weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and to hear from anyone.
