I really like the products as I'm a biometric data nerd. I developed atrial fibrillation from overtraining during my time as a pro athlete, so having a tool that really informs me what days I can push, what days I need to take it easy has been great. I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service team though, I have never had any issues, and there has been a couple unsurprisingly from a start-up, that has not been resolved immediately and in a more satisfactory way.
