customer service advisor was rude , short, she came across on the telephone as if she couldn't be bothered to speak to you. it felt awkward. Half way through my policy year i changed my bike from a fire blade to BMW GS they charge me 200 pounds. Rip off. This company do not care about customers. Good luck with Bikesure.
