He answered my original telephone question quickly and was then able to find an alternative policy with the same benefits at a significantly reduced premium, sending the info by email. The policy transfer was handled with a quick and easy phone call and he contacted me at the time arranged. I will be contacting him directly In the future when I have questions because of the service he has provided on this occasion.
