Ordered Xbox one controller in store on 9/25/2020 dude said it should be sent within a few days and still haven't gotten anything delivered, also bought a headset I need to return but they never emailed me a receipt which they said they would so I'm out over $100 in total because of this, I already ordered another controller from Amazon since then and am already using it now, and I really don't believe the item i ordered will ever come.
