Brandon at Customer Service in Honolulu made my best day today. He deserves a 10 because he actually seemed happy and gave great service in the short return time it took. Making someone happy makes their whole day positive and I guarantee I will return with a smile. I will always choose to drive the distance from Kapolei instead of call an unknown representative and hope we get more people like Brandon. Thank you
