poor service from geek squad tech installation. never showed up for installation several times, and did not call to cancel. Hung up when I called regarding this. This happened about 8 times in one day. Called corporate office and they were going to give me free tech support for a year. When I called for them to honor this, they refused...Will never deal with Best Buy again. I would not recommend getting their tech support for $199.00.
