Worst company we have ever dealt with. They take ages to answer the phone, take even longer to send someone out to you and the contractor we got was useless and rude!!! They refused to repair our boiler, saying it coked up so we had to get a British Gas engineer to come repair it. All it was was a pressure release valve and he checked the boiler and said it was NOT coked up and that whoever said that was completely wrong. The Be Smart engineer never even took the cover off the boiler. He guessed. Absolutely useless.
