The quality of the products was excellent. I would never use a high street bed company again as Bed Factory a Direct beats them hands down on Price. I saved £400 in comparison to other companies. My only frustration was that I booked a delivery date based upon when one of us would be home and they changed the day. Small inconvenience when you consider the saving we achieved.
