I ordered a bath panel, then realised I had ordered the wrong size by mistake. Immediately I emailed the company, explaining my mistake and asking the best way to remedy this, hoping that they could change the order and I pay the difference.
I have never had a reply.
The panel duly arrived and, luckily, my kind builders found a way to make it fit without my having the hassle of trying to communicate with the company again.
