I ordered 2 beds, both took a few weeks to arrive, this was known at the time of ordering so not an issue as such. One of them hadn't been made properly and the holes for the bolts weren't long enough, my husband had to tap out the holes to the right length to allow the bolts to go in properly, you did refund 10% for the inconvenience. The other has been an absolute disaster. The first bed we received was so poorly made that we couldn't put it together, you then sent an engineer who also couldn't fix it. as it had taken a few weeks for the appointment, we were then behind in you ordering a replacement. replacement arrives and this time you were able to at least send the fitters, this one was also damaged though it was able to be put together. you sent another technician who couldn't fix the fault with the headboard so eventually you offered us a couple of hundred pounds back. we accepted as at this point I'd taken 4 days off work for the various appointments and weren't prepared to take any more but I really don't feel this was enough. Very poor service throughout and wouldn't use again.
