I had ordered some new backdoor shoes, but unfortunately ended up in hospital and they were sent back. When I got home, I phoned the company who put another pair in the post to me straight away. Very good customer service.
The only reason I had to buy a new pair was because the foxes ate the last ones!
I have been using backdoorshoes for many years and love them. So practical and pretty.
