Honestly feels like a scam website. Keep telling me to refer to uk returns policy but there isn’t a uk returns policy anywhere for me to read. It automatically goes to the EU website. Have asked multiple times to speak to someone else and the customer service person has been exceptionally rude. Ended up losing a substantial amount of money on fees. Don’t normally write bad reviews but this has been one of my worse experiences in modern day shopping. Do yourself a favour and stay far away. I’ll be reporting this company for fraudulent claims.
