Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding which started delivery in 5 working days but they arrived on the 6th day so was too late for the wedding.
I returned both dresses in 1 small parcel and was charged for each item so it cost me £12 to return!!!
Disgraceful!! And why charge per item and not per parcel??
