Absolute scam artists.
Placed an order last January. Quality of the clothes is shocking, don’t look like pictures, complete waste of money. Couldn’t return due to having Covid so ended up with a voucher. Spent over a year trying to use the voucher, every time receiving appalling, poor fitting clothes. Absolute scam having to pay £4.95 for returns every time. Basically over £140 straight down the drain. Customer service reps are as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. I suggest you avoid like the plague.
