Bought lots of dresses to try on. All came up too big. They charge you for delivery and then to return items. There is no online portal you are supposed to print off a form to complete and they take £4.95 off your return if you use their prepaid Royal Mail label or you can return at your own cost and they charge a £2.50 processing fee. Are we stuck in the dark ages? I will not be ordering again.
