I ordered a blouse, was sent a dress by error, I sent dress back immediately. I have done nothing but send E mails to the customer Service Team asking where my blouse is????? Three months later no blouse, no offer of refund and unfortunately Customer Services are not responding to my weekly e mails. All I want is what I paid for. Come on AX Paris, this is not right! Where is your customer Care. I love the products but sadly will never buy from them again, I may aswell have thrown my hard earned cash down the drain! Appalling Customer Service.
