Sent a dress back over a month ago only got notification they got it back Evan though it was sent to them over a month ago. The post office tracking has said they got the item back way before this. Dress was not worn and tried on after a shower. Now been told no refund as it had make up on it. Absolutely not true. Won’t order from here again. Shabby service. Will stick to better companies from now on.
