I had my old speaker for years so when it blew up, I had a bit of a panic... I had no idea what to get! I called astounded, who answered on the first ring... no hold music, no fake person... a real man! I explained what I needed and he gave me some advice. I needed the speaker ASAP for a class and he placed the order there and then... it was delivered the very next day! I am so pleased with the speaker itself... perfect for my needs!
