It was prompt service with good and easy comunication. The delivery company did not transpose the correct address changing it to the first similar address under the Post Code WV166SJ...Sent to Courtyard Cottage instead of Rose Cottage The Courtyard. The other problem is that there was no invoice in the plastic container stuck to the box. Again a Delivery Company fault therefor I rate the your service only as Good due to your choice of delovery perhaps as it was not a true FEDEX delivery
