We ordered a quantity of 4 conifers from the Ashwood website, it took a week from "dispatch" and then the delivery date was changed by the courier. The website stated that the height of the conifers were 4 foot tall. The height of the box which was delivered was 4 foot, but when the box was opened, the 4 conifers were only approx 1foot 6" tall, is this correct, is the website stating incorrect information???
